We All Belonging To Love.
I love myself.
I love others.
I love my life.
It's important for me to self reflecting and set my heart in the right direction. To focus my intentions on what's truly important to me because its so easy to get pulled into the "what if's." Just like if it was a broken bone it takes time to heal a traumatic experience and a broken heart.
First, we need to realize is there is effective suffering. Taking action to plant good seeds of change because we can learn from everything. Prepare for the future of finding what makes you happy and go for it! Don't Guard you heart from love, for love renews the soul.
We can make amends for our mistakes and promise to never do them again. To forgive are selves and others that have wronged us is how we surrender to loving again.
Moving forward and create a new beginning to honor the choices we have made and moving away from what hurt us. Because losing someone we love can bring us a sense of emotional homelessness. With feelings we must remember they have been felt by the whole world. By simply saying a prayer that every person that is feeling what you to be healed. That helping us brake that negative focus. You can realize that it doesn't have control over me. I can take my power back! Feelings are just needing to be felt and moved passed. Take responsibility for your part in life.
Caring for others is like investing in the emotional bank. How much time are you investing?
Show them that you care and then show up for yourself too.
It's ok to lose people along the way because we all want connection. You're the light of the world and we're better people because have we each other.
