If It doesn't Challenge you, It doesn't Change you.

Keep developing are skills in perusing happiness. We have to remember that life will have discomforts along the journey of a joyful everyday life and that it’s in progression in our goals is how we stay balanced.

  •          A thought is just a thought.

·         Visualize and vocalize the stop sign of harmful thoughts.

·         Distract yourself by doing a puzzle game or other activity that will better your mind.

·         Belly breathing

·         Scan your body by relaxing your muscles. A good tip is to relax faster is to tense up your body then release the tension.  Relaxing the neck, back and shoulders.

·         Exercising is a great way to sweat off the adrenaline. We’re built to be active and releasing that stored up energy we can reduce anxiety and promotes confidents.

·         Avoid substance – Sugar, caffeine, alcohol, etc. Substances only adds more anxiety. Be aware of what you put in to your body. For example, Anti-depressants are addictive and the dosage increases because the body becomes tolerant after we take a drug over an extended period of time. Always try natural remedies before proscription drugs.

Pushing though discomfort we are better prepared and don’t rely on being comfortable all the time. We need to stay mindful and not lose touch of discomfort because its makes as mentally stronger.  By practicing being ok with discomfort we become better equipped to handle difficult situations in life.

For example, when we buy shoes that are too padded it weakens the muscles in the feet and we get injury more frequently. It’s the same when we don't deal with unconformable things in life. We can build up immunity and resisted the feelings of discouragement. By first being aware of what's fears are holding us back.  We must push are limits to successes.
For example, taking a cold shower for 5 min can remind us that feeling discomfort is not a big deal. To appreciate the simple foods in life and not needing the luxuries of life to keep us satisfied.
Can we practice gratitude when things get difficult? Yes, because it’s a normal part of living. We all go throw different fazes in are lives and having discomfort doesn’t mean we are doing anything wrong because struggle is pulling us into growth and newness!  Realizing who I am is not how much money I make or the things I have.
I am what I carry inside me; my virtue and integrity are what defines me as a person! And know that things are neither bad nor good; it's just life. Feeling uncomfortable is embrace everything and being grateful to be you. We don't need to holding on thing so tightly because it creates needing fulfillment somewhere else other than within our Divine self. Being present in being ok where ever life takes us knowing its for are good and growth.
Feel the rhythm of life and everything we experience is normal. Be at peace with what is.
