Find your super power

Wake up feeling grateful for 3 things every day and have self-compassion for ones self. We must give more effort when it really matters because if we run on 100% all the time we will burn out. We can know are body’s and not worry what others are doing. We learn to recover faster and build our talents. Mental can knock us of our game so don’t give yourself an out. WE need challenges and find people that support us and pull us back up when we need encouragement. We are a lot tougher then we think we are. I can get up and do it again because I love it enough to fail at it.   Because even though we might not get the results we want the first time we can still be grateful for what we have right now. Cut yourself some slack because good days and bad days will come. We must be prepared for both! Success doesn’t happen by being %100 all the time. It’s trying to become better then yesterday

We gave to have heart and be emotionally invested because the more personal the reasons are; the more success you will have. Nothing is better than fulfilling your dream! We can have a calm domineer and easy going attitude when we know we can get around any obstacle. Being aware of our abilities and always believe in ourselves. Have that amazing focus and perspective in being able to control our destiny. That is why having a strong mindset that we can do it will shift are perspective in feelings and emotions that try to control us.  You can control the why we react to events and feelings.

Keep a journal to have a good mindset and stay aware. Gratitude for others and expressing that gratitude by showing others you care. Staying optimistic is what relives us of so much pressure to be perfect. Be you and be real!

Thanks to the Universe for placing me in the right path that leads me to other beautiful souls. We are the paradise we seek because it's us being open to all that we experience. The good and bad. Nothing can be without purpose because the Creator is forever connected to us. I'm not perfect, but I will still try my best. "True courage is a result of reasoning. A brave mind is always impregnable." I can't change what has been or how it turned out.  All I know is I'm getting better at loving life! I'm so thankful to feel pain and love. In my world I'm always looking for ways to love people more. I can't help it and even if they aren't in my life anymore. They still shape who I am and will always be apart of me. "Hope is not the conviction that something will turn out well, but the certainty that something makes sense, regardless of how it turns out."

Flow with Life

   Life is taking chances and feeling love. I can no longer ignore the fact that I'm moving. I'm scared out of my mind, but I have to do what's right for my husband and I. Do I let Tony have the final say in the decision and be the submissive wife? I've never been good with leaving people behind. I do know that we need to move forward in life and find what fulfills us. How do I move away from my family and friends? It's going to be hard to make a life in California because I only know my In-laws. It all comes down to what makes me happy; It will always be my husband because we are one heart. When I think of where I want to be and my heart will always choose him. That's just the bottom line; he will always be the one for me. I feel true love with Tony and I will put my trust in the Divine to help me to see this as a new advancer in my life. I love him and he makes me happy. He has the best soul I know. I will do my best to be a good person and make the right choices for us. That's what love is, being selfless for the right reasons.

The real definition of a habit – stop making excuses. Take responsibly of your life — The science behind “keystone habits” and why they’re vital -What makes you successful? Experience. And how do you get experience? By doing the wrong thing and learning how to do it right! The key is you have to decide to take the first step. Don’t focus on why you can’t, only how you can make it work for you.

 

• Habit of making Decisive decisions- Doing what’s right is important, but doing nothing is worse than doing nothing at all. Because success only comes by experience. Nothing is worse than being indecisive and not knowing what to do..  Believe you can do it! God gave us a phenomenal gift :the mind. Its all over wants we make up are minds. For example, “I can’t exercise.” Truth is your making an excurses because you don’t want to make the time. You don’t want to pay the price for a better mind and body. “I believe with Gods help I can do this and nothing can change my mind."

 

• We worry too much what others think- Love for yourself and sure you want to have fun, but you also need to be wise. Take care of your self- mind, body, and spirit. Truth is no matter what you do someone wont be pleased. It's good to remember that we don't have to do what everyone else is doing.  "You are not like the rest of them, you are a fighter, so keep on fighting. That is what you were born to do. Everything else is comedy and politics, things that are meant to distract you, from all the things you were born to fight for." What you allow is what will continue and we can only be what we give ourselves the power to be. Do what is right. Not what is easy.

 

• Develop generosity- Be good to people that aren’t that good to you even. Be merciful because you want to be Christ like. Learn to listen and if you hear a need you can meet then except the challenge and fulfill it. Character is how you treat those who can do nothing for you.           

 

•  The psychological- l formula for summoning motivation- You are accountable for the outcome of the choices you make. Even if you don’t want to do, we find passion and inspiration by DOING. If you tell yourself you are limited then you have created a prison inside yourself. We must stop lying to ourselves and have on confidents to see we can rise above and become an excellent person.   How to use “microhabits” to get to better habits that take very little effort. We must first be committed.
• No one is responsible for your happiness only you can be accountable for your inner flame and finding bliss.

Cue- Routine- Reward. The feeling over time matters more than the reward!

So sticking to the program for 20-30 days is the most important.

I'm forever changed by love

“Success is not measured by what you accomplish, but by the opposition you have encountered, and the courage with which you have maintained the struggle against overwhelming odds.”

 The alternate universes exist and we never miss out even with the people we lose in this world; Love is forever flowing.  You’re at the right place now and it can't all be sad because I’ve felt  true heartbreak, but I also wouldn't give that up if it meant I couldn't have been truly loved.
 “We only know joy by experiencing it all.”

The great revelation is when you lose you sometimes win.
That even when everything is falling apart in that braking that place where we feel love still can’t measure how extraordinary you are now and it wouldn’t be as beautiful if you didn’t grow into a better person because of the loss. I chose how I feel and I let go and it’s only right to be happy today. I need nothing exterior to myself to be happy! No person, place, or thing-and that true happiness is found within. I am sufficient in myself. The Kingdome of God is within you.

 There is no way to get to a true place of resolutions because I still don’t have all the answers. We will always desire for more. We will find freedom by surrendering to what is.
Be happy in this moment  ~ I  can tell you for a fact that we are all connected by synchronicity events. I am so grateful to have the Divine in my life! "Healing is less about 'saving' or 'fixing' and more about 'allowing' ourselves to ease into the remembering that there's a wholeness that has been there all along."

Passing behond

I’m alive and feel pain and joy. I breathed inn the God inside me and I will take the pain that molds and shapes my strong heart.. My beautiful soul has always had the gift to be free.  I see with my heart and it burns like 100 suns! Knowing I can keep my spirit even when losing someone I love is what life wants me to learn. I’m happy for no reason because the Divine Fire that burns in me can never be extinguished. God’s love is embedded in me forever.

In the end we only regret the chances we didn't take

I know how it feels to be a wallflower and its a little hard some times. Because we all want to be noticed; not merely blend into the background. I've making a vow to myself that I'm worth having a great life. To be happy in everything I feel because things in life are sweet and some are sour, and  in my niece Haylie words, "But I like it! We choose how we react to the experiences we have. Nothing can take away my happiness without my permission. Serenity is always at my finger tips and it only takes a little effort for me to reach out and grasp that peace. There is no failing because it's not trying new things are we not living a fulfilled life. So this is my life and I choose where my life goes from here. I'm grateful for the places and people I have met along my journey and in every moments I swear  we are infinite!

It Had To Be You

It's so easy to get caught up with materiel things. I'm happy with myself and I will be better at focusing on my inner self. We all have so much to give ;the beauty's in us not outside. We are loves expression and nothing else exists!

 Some of the greatest joy is tinged with sadness. . I'm too precious, wild, true to be anything but true to myself. I'm glad I can find solace and not aguish to always make a new beginning. Memories don't need to be concord or bared deep away, it can change into something else. Because friendship comes in all shapes and colors. Nothing dies unless we choose to let it and I don't want the spirit of friendship to disappear.

Be at peace

Today I just had an epiphany. I choose what I think about and I can vanish thoughts that make me feel bad. To just breathing in the divines love and it's done.  I’ve already done it when I choose not to feel alone or belittled. I have all the power to be powerfully me. What a liberating feeling! No more feeling week and unwanted. I am always needed by my divine and all things living on this earth. We’re all family because life is living in compliance to what I chose to think; to strive and achieve living in peace.

Once the soul awakens, the search begins and you can never go back. "When you completely trust another being, you end up with one of two outcomes; A friend for life or A lesson for life. Both, Regardless of the outcome, are valuable." From then on, you are inflamed with a special longing that will never again let you linger in the lowlands of complacency and partial fulfillment. The eternal makes you urgent. You are intently focused on fighting compromise or threat of danger that tries to hold you back from striving toward the summit of fulfillment.”
Sometimes life is too hard to be alone and sometimes life is too good to be alone. I'm very picky with whom I give my energy to. I prefer to reserve my time, intensity and spirit exclusively to those who reflect sincerity. Happiness is a choice that requires effort at times.

Have Fun in life

I don’t take life so seriously because I’m never going to give up on being free. It’s all manufactured in our minds because if we let the mind control how we feel and create. We become the byproduct of our thoughts. This is why we must take special care in how we perceive emotions.

I love being creative and using my imagination . It’s in keeping are childlike innocents that we are never stressed. For example as children we are so happy with the simple things in life. I’m going to stay childlike because that is where God is. The characteristics in a child ; being excited for life, carefree, dreaming, boldness, and being unapologetically unique.

I've always been told I’m an old soul , which I am. But I’m so young at heart. By being present and breathing in Gods love I find joy in every moment and what a miracle! I’m apart of a vast universe that I creat with my divine in joy! . Walk in awe, wonder and humility

Falling down is part of life, getting back up is living.

For the next 30 day I'm practicing mindful Gratitude. My intention is the desire to fulfill our dreams. To be Overflowing with happiness. To love myself for who I am and the best part is it radiates to everyone I meet! Because feeling grateful or appreciative of someone or something in your life actually attracts more of the things that you appreciate and value into your life. I am in love, with you and ALL of life itself with all of it's circumstances.
 Today I’m so grateful for life… For the air I breathe and the things I feel weather dark or light because they are flowing through me just wanting to be experienced. I’m thankful to be RE-minded of who I really am; and I am LOVE. I am a Light Being playing a Human Being. We have choices and life is really just a series of choices. You MUST find a way to be happy today, because tomorrow is not guaranteed.   
I’m grateful for the incredible human beings whom I share my life with, past, present and future. You have contributed to the being of human that I’ve been, am and who I am Becoming. I love you with all my heart. When we shift, everyone around us shifts and we all get to enjoy love, ease and grace.. and more joy joy joy! Give yourself a huge from me and then go give it away today! Go shine the light! Life is not that complicated, only the mind makes it complicated...do what you love and life will flow for us all so naturally and joyfully... Love is the answer to everything!

My favoriet things

What is real love? Can you feel it? Touch it? Learn from it? I love using my imagination and being  always in love. I’m always there; It’s in the water I drink, the sky I look up to.  In the time and hugs I give every day.  If we don’t stand for something, we will fall for anything and we have an obligation to fulfill our expectations.  If you have the power to make someone happy, do it. The world needs more of that.  Being lonely effects us in a profound way. It's easy not to admit loneliness, but addressing it is the first step in become whole. 
It's recovering memories, to remember the passed because a lot can be learned from history. God is the possibility in the impossible. History is flawed because we have so much more conciseness in this day and age that we didn't have back then. We can't go back to the past, we can only go forward to better future. We are not doomed to relive the past, we challenge ourselves to prelive the future. To rid the world of pain is through outrageous love. Lets play a bigger game of living your true unique love story!

My favorite things to do is Love everyone and truly understand them. All I want for them is to express them selves in away that makes the heart open to more love. Are you open or closed? This is the reality of awakening to your unique love story. Keeping every bond that should be kept and breaking every bond that needs to be broken. To find our own spirituality in the Divine assesses of God within.
The Divine is the center of my being and God gives me nourishment I need to give outrageous love. There is outrageous amounts of pain in this world and the only way to fix it is to give outrageous acts of love.  The way we get this love is lean from the Universe. To not judge and give from the heart. The universe has dark and light in it,  but It's impossible for it not to feel love because everything is captivated by the light. Evolutionary love is unfolding right before your eyes and some have lost the memory of being loved by all. Open the eye of the spirit and hear the Universe whispering it loves you! Be responsible for your own love knowing you are loved. You don't need to guess if its true because you feel you are loved. Instead of wondering what I'm getting out of life; I want to show my outrageous love in everything I do and to find what I can give back!

 Being your self and loving the unique love only you can give is expressing your love intelligence. The love as you, in you, and though you are your precious gifts only you can give. You have an important piece in this puzzle of the universe. The special role you play is no less special then any other and God needs your special gifts. The meaning behind I love you is I NEED YOU. This new perspective is really understanding the Divine loves for you and knowing that she love is no ordinary  love or human emotion that can be erased. Outrageous love is seeing God in every soul in creation.

I was born to live my love story as an artist because creating something you made is God's way of whispering to you and saying  "We can never be separated because together we compete each other."

If you can dream it, you can do it.

The beauty with doing things you enjoy is how we feel whole in life. To deny yourself joy is not taking care of oneself.

 We don’t always do things that are fun because we have responsibilities and they won’t always be easy. But we also have to make time for our selves and do things that make us happy or we will fill up are lives with things that don’t nourish us.

I now understand that motivation is not always easy and the trick to getting motivation back is to act and then the motivation follows! I really love that because I don't always feel my best or in the mood to draw or exercise, but once I just do it I'm glad I did because I feel inspired again! Life will pass you by if you let it...Fallow your dreams and you will always feel hope in your heart.Everyone needs a break every day to unwind and feel connected to the universe.

  You could have chosen any one. Why me? You don’t get that many people in your life that you can just tell anything to. If the music is good you dance! Busy is a choice, stress is a choice, and joy is a choice.
