Ok so I'm slacking on exercise, like way bad lol I did go work out at Curves on Wednesday.... Big woop right?! I really need to start my morning routine, so I can have enough time to work out and make it to work on time. They say it takes a month to start a habit and I want exercising to be a habit.
It's winter so when I look out side I think "You crazy? It's freezing out there!" So I never want to go any were, but I have to focus on training my mind to think of the positive benefits of going everyday! You see the problem with workout after work is I get off at 2:00 p.m, but my gym isn't open for another hour and a half, so by the time 3:30 rolls around I feel comfortable at home and no longer in the mood to go... I can never win! I really want to get a schedule and stick to it.
The plan is to get up early and realize it will make me more balanced and happer in my life to start my day with a good workout. It will insure a more predictive and health day! :)
I was talking with one of my best friends tonight about exercise and better eating habits. She wants to lose weight and workout, but she doesn't want to work out alone. And I think it's great she wants to lose weight and it is hard to go to the gym by yourself. That's why I think it would be so cool if we both pushed each other to workout and stay fit. I feel it would make it easier to go if I had a friend to go with me and I hope she gets a membership to my gym so we can workout together! :)
