Get your butt moving :P

Hi again, It's been a while sense I've written and I feel it's time to record my exercise routine. To be honest I really don't have a routine, but I really want to start one. haha So I thought It would be fun to record my progress everyday so, I can keep my self motivated and feel that I accomplished something.Even if that is I walked for 10 minutes because it will help me see that I can make time for my health and well being. To just exercising a little each day is a great goal!:)
Most people get out of their routine, and give up, I don't want to be like that anymore. I want to have lots of energy and feel healthier. So when it comes to the recommendation of 30 minutes of physical activity on most days. Can it possibly be done? Yes, if you make it a priority. I am really proud of my self for losing the weight I have lost already, but now I'm lacking the toning of muscles and feeling stronger. Now is my time to become fit; I can do this because it's something I want to do!
