It Will Get Easier

Every challenge is worth the discomfort because it is only temporary. Isn't it strange we're more welling to do something difficult for others, when we might not for ourselves.

Ask yourself what motivation holds the most power for you this moment?
 My way of finding motivation is never giving up. It's something I strive for everyday to do because the continual practice will only make me better! It's not in strength we are strong, its knowledge of consistency and never give up on ones self. To always try again. That is the key to Success!
This is my biggest "want" power. The thing that gives me strengths when I feel weak- and I bring it to mind whenever I find myself most tempted to give in to the easier road. 
           
 My self- awareness and love for my self will find that the harder thing easier to do!

We are Incredible

Why do we always run in place? It takes courage to follow your dreams and I'm brave enough to make this life mine! My dreams will come true:
  • Build your own world.
  • Wonder at something. Invite others to wonder with you.
  • A hobby is something creative that’s just for you. It makes you happy.
  • Keep all your passion in your life.
  • Take time to mess around. Get lost
  • There’s magic in being surrounded by books. Get lost in the stacks.
  • Select only things to draw from that speak directly to your soul.
  • Steal from anywhere that resonates with inspiration or fuels you imagination.
 I'm excited because I'm becoming more active in life. I've been walking 10,000 steps the past few days and I love it. Going on walks and exercising makes me have more confidents. Use it or lose it! Success begins today and the reward is so gratifying.
We just need to come as we are and push are selves just a little bit further! Always feed your soul, that what is important and long lasting. Always do what feels right to you and be happy in this moment. I'm glad to be healthy and have so much to live for! What a beautiful world. :)
My daily routine is waking up an hour before work. 45-60 minutes of Cardiovascular Conditioning. 70-80 % of my maximum heart rate. I love to run and bike. 
Strength training is very important because if you want to stay fit; this is the only way at staying young forever!   2-3 times a week and 3 sets of 12 reps each exercise. Make sure to rest the muscles because the muscle breaks up and they need 48 hours to recover.
Flexibility makes you able to move with out pain and who doesn't want that? I love to stretch for 15 minutes after a work out so my body wont hurt the next day. 20 Minutes of stretching everyday keeps the doctor away. Ha ha, I just love stretching and it just feels so good . I also stretch before bed.


                
                   All it comes down to is how much you want to put into staying active and
